We are supporting a company based in Haddenham with recruiting for a Fleet Administrator, paying you a salary of up to £30,000. This growing company are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a high level of service to their customers.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm and will provide you with 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, 4% employer pension contributions and a private healthcare scheme.Duties will include:
- Manage incoming email enquiries and telephone calls
- Account managing several key customers
- Creating customer quotations and following up with relevant paperwork
- Handle incoming purchase orders, checking the order is available and sending confirmation to the customer
- Creating customer contracts and coordinating delivery of the order as required
- Allocating fleet and equipment by utilising efficiency and arranging transfers from other locations
- Highlight any further sales opportunities to the field sales team
You must have good communication and negotiation skills, as well as being comfortable at working with various software and systems.
