Field Service Engineer
Sunderland - Field Based
Job Summary
As the Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out the planned and unplanned maintenance activities of our equipment. You will have the knowledge and skills to service, repair and fault find all mechanical Haskel and BuTech related products whilst maintaining a high level of theoretical and technical support to our customer base whilst carrying out service visits.
Responsibilities
Carry out on site servicing of equipment
Answer technical queries from customers and provide over the phone support
Install and commission Haskel equipment
Respond to breakdowns in line with service agreements
Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to on site and in the factory
Carry out user training where required of Haskel systems
Basic Qualifications
Driving licence
HNC/HND in mechanical engineering (Desired)
Knowledge of liquid pumps, gas boosters and air amplifiers
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
UK and Europe travel expected depending on service requirements, expectation to be away 50% -75% of the time
