What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Purchasing Order Processing (POP), ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain.
  • Oversee Sales Order Processing, guaranteeing accurate and efficient order fulfilment.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure operational excellence.
  • Coordinate the shipping of orders, including finished products and returns, making sure our life-saving technologies reach healthcare providers on time.
  • Support the Manufacturing team with crucial administrative tasks, ensuring our operations run seamlessly.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a purchasing or sales order processing role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Organised, resourceful, and detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on efficiency.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification preferred, with experience in healthcare, medical technology, or working within a Quality Management System (QMS) as a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)
  • Permanent full-time position: 37.5 hours per week, based at our Milton Park, Abingdon office.
  • Generous holiday: 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
  • Life Assurance Scheme
  • Company Pension Scheme: with 3% employer contribution.
