ROLE & TEAM
We are currently seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor with previous experience in a hotel or service apartment.
THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE-BASED ROLE!
Based at our flagship luxury apartment building with 17 apartments near to Victoria Station.
This role goes beyond excellent standards of housekeeping; you will also be responsible for reporting any property issues to the HQ team and your accuracy and timeliness in doing this will be measured at the same level as your cleaning standards. You will be a key part of a close-knit team and you will be provided with all the equipment and training to excel in your role.
The role includes:
- Supervising our cleaning suppliers after clean.
- Training new housekeepers
- Liaising daily cleans with our cleaning supplier
- Reporting low cleaning material and or linen stock to the Operations team
- Working closely with our cleaning suppliers on setting procedures and standards
- Ensuring the property is up to scratch prior to guest arrival, 90% of our guests checks in from 3pm
- Working closely with Housekeeping / Scheduling manager on administrative work relating to housekeeping such as SOPs, reports, updating owner cleaning instructions
- Reporting issues/damages found at the property
- Major advantages for those who have 4 or 5 star hotel experience or high end service apartments
- Must speak english and additional languages not limited to Bulgarian / Romanian / Polish are welcome as a bonus
- We're offering £16.00 per hour for this (could be discussed to 16.50 if the right candidate comes)
Working Hours
- 10am to 6pm, 5 days a week on rotation including weekends with 2 days off
