About the role

Reporting to the Kiosk Manager you will be working as a Kiosk Team Member involved in all the kiosk’s daily operations for your restaurant. Your key duties will include the following:

What we’re looking for

• A keen interest in Greek Food
• Proven track record of maintaining a high level of sales.
• Fluency in English
• Experience working in Food Preparation
• Experience with HACCP and food safety procedures
• Experience using delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes –
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner –
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Greet customers and take their orders using the pos system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Assist with menu planning and development –
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed –
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience

• · Previous experience as a cook/front of house in a restaurant or similar setting
• · Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods –
• · Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils –
• · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment –
• · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills –
• · Ability to work well in a team
