Night Shift Care Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of care, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Follow care plans to meet the specific needs of each individual
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Document care provided accurately

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues
- Familiarity with care homes or home care settings
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual needs
