- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Guide brides through the entire bridal appointment process, including trying on dresses, providing style advice, and answering questions
- Utilize strong selling skills to meet sales targets and upsell additional products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Stay up-to-date with current bridal trends and product knowledge
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in person and over the phone
- Manage multiple appointments and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
