Summary
At Shuttleworth College our students are at the centre of everything we do. Our driving purpose is to ensure that they enjoy their time at school with us and achieve their potential, and our student support team are absolutely essential to this aim.
As such, we are looking to appoint a committed, experienced professional to lead our personalised dysregulated behaviour support provision. This is accessed by students displaying significant traits of ASD and ADHD and will involve maintaining and evolving evidence-based SEND intervention to provide these students with the support required to thrive in school.

We are seeking:
A passionate, dedicated professional able to equip students to better meet the expectations of the behaviour policy and procedures.
The ability to recognise all aspect of SEND and take appropriate action to address this
An individual with the ability to embed academic success as a self-motivation tool for students
The ability to lead on a key area of support for a case load of identified students.

Essential Qualifications
Degree qualification or working toward
Recognised and relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

Experience of working with children

Ability to relate well to parents/carers
Ability to supervise and assist pupils
