Staff Nurse

This role involves supporting individuals with dementia, mental health issues, and complex behaviours. Days and Nights are available!

As a Staff Nurse, you will:

• Provide person-centred care to residents with complex needs, dementia, and mental health disorders.
• Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and more.
• Manage and prioritise workloads effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
• Engage with residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
• Ensure all care plans are up to date and accurately maintained.

The ideal Staff Nurse will have:

• A positive, patient, and flexible attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for engaging with working-age and older adults
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
• NMC pin (required)
• At least 2 years of social care experience
