Client: Multi-Disciplinary Real Estate Consultancy
Overview:
Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy with a strong UK presence, is seeking an experienced Partner level Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager to oversee the operations of their Liverpool office. With a team of 1,100 employees across the UK, the Liverpool office is home to around 52 staff members.
The firm specializes in both Project Management and Quantity Surveying services and works across a diverse range of sectors in both the public and private domains. As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward, ensuring the continued success of the Liverpool office while leading high-profile projects for a prestigious and varied client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the senior figure in the office, overseeing operations, performance, and growth, while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients including F1 Teams, residential, commercial, logistics, workplace, healthcare, and retail developers.
Manage and deliver complex, high-value projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Take a lead role in business development activities to grow the office and secure new clients and projects.
Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
Provide high-level Quantity Surveying or Project Management expertise, depending on your background, and be the go-to expert for both colleagues and clients.
Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety, and regulatory requirements on all projects.
Collaborate with other offices across the UK to share knowledge, resources, and expertise.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience at a senior or Partner level within a Quantity Surveying or Project Management capacity in the real estate sector.
Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) preferred.
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing teams, particularly within a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of developing new business opportunities.
Ability to work across a broad range of sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, logistics, and retail.
Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to manage large, complex budgets and contracts.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing and supporting staff.
