Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and providing a nurturing environment for their development.
Duties:
- Engage children in educational activities to support their learning and development.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and grow.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress and well-being.
- Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting.
- Provide leadership and guidance to support staff in delivering high-quality childcare.
Skills:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Qualifications in Childcare or Early Childhood Education.
- Ability to drive positive outcomes for children's learning and development.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of nursery staff effectively.
