We are seeking a skilled Creative Lead to build the brand of EiQ, the world’s first end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform. This role will own the visual brand for EiQ, developing and enhancing it. This individual will use a combination of their own hands-on skills and their ability to source and manage external providers in order to produce a wide range of creative materials, supporting marketing, sales and the broader range of EiQ stakeholders, as we develop awareness within the responsible sourcing, ESG and supply chain markets
Key Responsibilities:
Own and develop the visual brand identity for EiQ
Own the end-to-end creation process of marketing assets, from concept to production, together with our content expert
Source and manage external agency partners and freelance resources, giving expert direction on new campaigns and projects, ensuring all assets are delivered to brief, on time and on budget.
Develop creative content aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Act as gatekeeper for the full range of marketing assets, including brochures, photography, videos, advertising material, demo videos, teaser videos, customer testimonial videos ensuring all assets comply with global standards
Lead the UI design of our marketing website, using insights from our digital experts, either yourself or by sourcing external experts
Appraise and implement AI tools to augment manual production, in line with wider LRQA AI strategies
Work in partnership with the brand, marketing, digital, comms and content team on creative projects to align where necessary on brand, messaging, resource identification and other creative areas
Develop and maintain relationships with print suppliers, photographers, film makers, illustrators, and designers to continually build our creative network
Keep up to date with industry, design and multi-media trends and be able to translate into new ideas and concepts which drive relevancy in the market
Key health & safety responsibilities:
Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health.
Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:
5-10 years in creative services
Hands-on experience: this would ideally be in traditional design, but we would consider those whose core skills are in video or UI design
Experience with managing creative resources, either in a third-party/freelance or in-house capacity
Ability to manage a complex range of in-house stakeholders within the creative production process (in-house/client-side experience a plus)
Ability with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, XD a plus
Experience with, or appetite for, implementing AI for creative applications
