About the Company:
Our client is a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment and management company who are looking to hire a Revenue Management Analyst in London. The Analyst will play a crucial role in maximising the financial performance of the Residential / Living Portfolio.
About the Role:
This position involves analysing and forecasting rental revenue streams, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and providing actionable insights to optimise leasing strategies, rental pricing, and overall financial returns. The role will focus on generating consistent lettings performance analytics and insights through the introduction of a new centralised lettings dashboard via Power BI and an Azure Data Factory.
Responsibilities:
Analyse lettings data streams from across the real estate portfolio and develop accurate performance reports.
Utilise data insight to optimise lettings performance through the annual booking cycle.
Develop centralised reporting and insight on marketing funnels, channel performance, channel conversions and ROI.
Develop and embed consistent leasing reporting across all operations via the letting’s dashboards.
Develop workforce skills in the use of reporting to inform moment to moment decision making on optimal lettings.
Analyse current revenue streams across the real estate portfolio and develop accurate revenue forecasts.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of market trends, economic conditions, and competitive positioning on revenue performance.
Identify variances in revenue projections versus actuals and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct market research to assess the competitive landscape and benchmark property performance.
Evaluate market rental rates, occupancy levels, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform pricing strategies.
Analyse demographic data and local economic trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with leasing teams to optimise rental pricing strategies.
Provide insights into lease renewal rates, concessions, and occupancy trends
Assist in developing and implementing dynamic pricing models
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting revenue performance and key insights.
Maintain and update revenue databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Utilise advanced data analytics tools to analyse large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Participate in budget planning and forecasting processes, providing revenue projections and analysis.
Support the acquisition team by informing revenue forecasts and financial models for potential new properties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field. Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus. Experience of working within the residential property sector would be an advantage.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, data analysis and data-driven decision making.
2-4 years experince as an Analyst
Advanced understanding of real estate markets, revenue management, and pricing strategies.
Proficient in financial analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships internally and externally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team in a fast-paced environment.
