We are currently looking for a superstar, who will take our Spa into the next era.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Spa at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts in Bath. Reporting directly to Regional General Manager, the Director of Spa will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, increae retail revenue, managing staff, implementing sales strategies, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing training programs, and managing the budget.

• Budgeting and Sales experience
• Training and Development expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of spa industry trends and best practices
• Relevant certifications in spa management or hospitality.

Salary

Negotiable and will depend on experience
