As we approach our busy summer season, we have multiple positions available in our Food and Beverage, Kitchen, and Housekeeping departments. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

  1. Food and Beverage Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately with a pleasant attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Running food orders from the kitchen, verifying that they are correct, and serving them to customers

Requirements:

We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including Evenings, mornings weekends and holidays
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  1. Kitchen Porter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
  • Collect and wash up pots and pans.
  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
  • Unload food and equipment deliveries.
  • Keep the storeroom organised.
  • Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus
  • A committed team player.
  • Good knowledge of UK hygiene laws.
  • Good understanding of kitchen and kitchen appliance cleaning techniques.
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Flexible schedule, including Evenings, mornings weekends and holidays

  1. Housekeeping Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests

Requirements:

We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
