Hello and thank you for your interest in working with us!

We are looking for full-time or part-time carers to work with our esteemed client in Axminister and the surrounding areas.

We don't need you to have any previous training, experience or qualifications and as full training will be given to the right candidate!

You will ideally be working full-time at 36 hours per week. Most of the staff already working here prefer to split this into 3 x 12 hour shifts, but others prefer to do 2 x 12 hour shifts and 2 x 6 hour shifts... it's up to you.

If you can't work full-time, we're open to hiring the right candidate for a part-time role.

We need someone who can work alternate weekends and do some night shifts.

Pay starts at £12.05 per hour.

Responsibilities include fostering positive relationships with residents, implementing person-centered care plans, and ensuring residents' physical, social, cultural, and spiritual needs are met.

Key tasks encompass providing lifestyle support, administering medication, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with domestic tasks.

Additionally, the role requires participation in relevant training programs and adherence to Care Quality Commission standards.

Employees are expected to work independently and be flexible in their shift patterns, including day, evening, and night shifts.

General responsibilities include compliance with policies and procedures, particularly regarding confidentiality (Data Protection Act 1998). Reporting incidents, accidents, equipment defects, and complaints to the Home Manager is also a crucial aspect of the role.
