Job Description
Lead the accounting & finance team in strategic financial planning and operations.
Ensure the team meets financial accounting, reporting, and audit requirements.
Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes.
Oversee the production of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Manage budget preparations and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Stakeholder engagement and management.
Promote and uphold the company's values and culture within the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
Proven experience in financial management and reporting.
Strong understanding of financial statutory regulations and legislation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in the public sector.
