About Our Client

Our client is part of a global group and was established over 100 years ago.They are a niche manufacturer supplying multiple industries with a strong and growing turn over.

Job Description

  • Create production plans to insure customer orders are met
  • To manage stock levels of both materials and finished product
  • Communicate raw material requirements to suppliers to ensure on time delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet production requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations


The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Planner should have:

  • Minimum 1 year planning experience in manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology - excel and MRP
  • Organised with good attention to detail

What's on Offer

  • An annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £34,000, depending on experience and qualifications
  • A generous benefits package including 25 holiday days
  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (some flexibility may be available)
