Job Posting for Assistant MEP Manager at Mount Anvil

We’re looking for two Assistant MEP Managers with experience—whether from working in M&E for a developer like us, a subcontractor, trade, or main contractor background—who are excited by the challenge of managing MEP subcontractors and utility services on our high end, high rise projects in Chelsea and Canary Wharf.

In this role, you’ll excel as the bridge between the Mount Anvil construction team and subcontractors while developing the broader skills needed to step into the MEP Manager role. You’ll gain exposure to design drawing variations, expand your understanding of project scopes, and participate in project and planning meetings, providing you with valuable learning opportunities.

You’ll be expected to manage weekly work schedules, troubleshoot daily site issues, and understand MEP processes to ensure stages are completed correctly. The Chelsea project consists of 266 units across three blocks at first fix stage, and the Canary Wharf project is a 31-storey residential block with 218 units, both expected for completion in 2027. These long-term opportunities offer extensive learning across various project stages.
