Sheet Metal Worker

Due to company growth, Mpeople have a fantastic opportunity available for experienced Sheet Metal workers to join the team of our well-established client based in the Tameside area. This position will work on a full time, permanent basis.

Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates will be required to undergo 3 years of references and a DBS check.

• Role: Sheet Metal Worker
• Location: Hyde
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
• Hours: 8am to 5pm, with an early finish on Fridays. Compressed hours available.

Duties as Sheet Metal Worker will include but not be limited to:

· Taking part in the manufacturing process

· Fabricate sheet metal products

· Key process include; rubber press, hand form and profiling parts

· Working from technical drawings

· Operate various hand and power tools

· Following in house processes

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

· Experience within a sheet metal role is essential

· Time served and with City and Guilds or equivalent

· Ability to work from technical drawings
