At Sneyd Green Dental Practice we are looking to take on an experienced Receptionist for a 12 month period to cover maternity, the right candidate may be offered a position at the end of the 12 month period.We are a very busy established Dental Practice offering a variety of NHS and private services.To start as a receptionist you will be responsible for delivering a high customer journey standard.Job Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Scheduling
• Managing correspondence
• Carrying out requests from management as needed
• Answering emails and sorting post
• Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
• Assisting with front office tasks as needed
• Processing payments
• Billing

The position is for five days full time 45.6 hours Monday 8:15-5pm, Tuesday 8:15-6:30pm, Wednesday 8:15-5pm, Thursday 8:15-6:30pm, Friday 8:15-5pm.Essential requirement

• Eligibility to work within the UK
• Flexibility * Reception experience
• Sales experience
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Professional appearance as customer facing
• Key skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Great drive and motivation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build good strong relationships
• confidence in offering and promoting products and services
• Meets national minimum wage
