Carpenter

We are looking for a Carpenter to join our team, delivering reactive repairs within social housing properties in Andover. This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum.

Carpenter Key Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of carpentry work, including door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen units, etc.

Attend and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring efficient service.

Work within reactive repairs, responding swiftly to maintenance needs and ensuring minimal disruption for tenants.

Prepare and refurbish void properties, making them ready for new tenants.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, tiling, or other trades is desired but not essential.

Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.

Carpenter Requirements

Experience in carpentry, preferably within the social housing sector.

Must have your own tools.

Relevant Carpentry Qualifications (NVQ Level 2 Or Equivalent).

Full clean UK driving license.

Carpenter Role Benefits

Salary: £34,000 per annum.
