Fire Safety Manager £45,441 - £48,474 £9,500 Market Supplement

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire Safety Manager to join our Property Services team.

As the Fire Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring we meet all statutory duties relating to fire safety and building regulations.

You will have proven experience managing fire safety across large property portfolios, with expert knowledge of fire safety requirements and building safety legislation.

In This Varied And Fast-paced Role, You Will

  • Oversee statutory fire compliance across our housing stock, implementing robust systems and processes.
  • Lead on fire risk assessments, fire safety strategy, and delivery of fire safety improvement works.
  • Develop & manage building safety cases and digital building information files.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including residents, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and report on fire compliance KPIs and progress against improvement plans.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve fire compliance, reduce risk, and drive efficiencies.
  • Manage procurement and contracts for planned fire remidiation projects.

This role requires substantial experience in fire safety legislation. Relevant degree or professional qualification is highly desirable.

  • Paid holiday entitlement starts at 26 days per annum and increases with length of service to a maximum of 33 days per annum. This is pro rata for part-time employees
