Responsibilities: π
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems ππ§π
- Inventory and management of the SharePoint site, ensuring document versions are up to date π
- Update databases in the CRM system to maintain accurate records π
- Coordinate and manage meetings and events, including room booking, agenda preparation, and minute-taking π

- Provide support for project/ event management and the Secretariat's initiatives π
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration π£οΈπΌ
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and other documents as required π₯οΈ
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels π¦
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): βοΈ
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience β¨
- Excellent organisational and time management skills πβ±οΈ
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively ππ€ΉββοΈ
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive attitude towards work ππ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills ππ¬
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) π₯οΈπ
- Experience with CRM systems and SharePoint is a plus π
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): β¨
- College administrative diploma or relevant qualification π
- Familiarity with the gas or energy industry ππ‘
