We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Medical Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of our clinic. Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Coordination:
  • Prepare and manage appointments for doctors and patients.
  • Ensure all required results and testing information are available for consultations.
  • Patient Communication:
  • Handle phone calls from medical patients, addressing their needs and queries efficiently.
  • Send test results to patients and print results for front desk distribution.
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding pathology folders and test results.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for medical documents and inquiries.
  • Conduct regular checks of medical rooms to ensure readiness for daily operations.
  • Monitor and manage the laboratory inbox for lab results.
  • Stock Management:
  • Maintain and order stock for test kits, blood draws, and other medical supplies.
  • Digital Management:
  • Handle medical online inquiries, including complex new patient inquiries.
  • Manage prescription emails and ensure timely responses.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with medical software, particularly Semble, is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Additional: Front Desk, Reception Desk, Clinic Coordination.

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
