What To Expect In This Role
Whether hosting a dinner party or a champagne reception, we encourage our residents and relatives to make full use of our beautiful home and the facilities within, truly making it their own.
Job purpose:
To aid and assist residents and guests in all areas of hospitality, enhancing their stay and visit.
Uphold the excellent reputation of Peverel Court Care by challenging poor practice; taking action to ensure any identified shortfalls in performance are addressed.
Communicating with all key stakeholders on matters of business and operational performance with appropriate communications and attending regular meetings with respective parties.
40 hours per week.
Some weekends may be required.
Approximately £29,000 per annum.
What We Expect Of You
To promote good working practices and to perform duties competently and in accordance with company policies so ensuring a safe and secure environment for both residents and staff.
That any accident is dealt with effectively and that correct reporting procedures are followed.
Demonstrate outstanding time management, problem solving, organisational and prioritisation skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and confidence communicating with people at all levels whilst maintaining confidentiality when required.
A strong service mindset and flexible can-do approach.
Strong judgement and decision-making ability.
Have energy, enthusiasm and confidence to take the initiative.
