£11.74 per hour

Days - 39 hours Monday - Friday

We are working with an established, growing business based in Telford who are looking to expand their warehouse team. You will be working alongside one other person to support with the growing workload. You will be involved with loading and unloading deliveries, preparing orders for despatch, inventory and stock counts, and conducting final inspection and testing prior to despatch.

This company are experiencing a period of growth and are looking to expand within the near future. They have a friendly and welcoming culture with longstanding staff and can offer training and development opportunities within.

The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Managing goods inwards and outwards
• Logging deliveries on inhouse system
• Unloading and loading deliveries
• Issuing materials to production
• Driving FLT
• Conducting stock counts and cycles and updating system
• Completing final inspection
• Conducting tests of products prior to despatch
• Ensuring clean and tidy environment
• Adhering to onsite H&S regulations
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Previous Warehousing experience will be ESSENTIAL
• Must hold a valid in date FLT Counterbalance license with certificate
• Driving license
• Self-starter and good communication skills
• Computer literate
• This role would suit someone who has previously worked as a Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Person / Warehouse / Stock Controller / Materials Controller / Inventory Controller / Stores Person / Stores Operative
