About the role:
Our in-patient unit is looking for a Night Porter to provide support for the Night team. Working as part of our night team, your duties will involve assisting our nursing and support services teams at the Hospice, including providing a professional reception and welcome service to night visitors and callers, assisting the nurses with moving and handling activities, monitoring our premises’ security, and other general duties.
About you:
To meet the challenges of this post, you will be a positive team player with excellent communication and people skills, working with the nurses to provide the highest possible service quality to our patients and night visitors.
You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will fulfil our values and behaviours, are capable of carrying out the physical aspects of this role, and who are looking to make a real difference at work.
You need to be at least 21 years old and have no points on your driving licence in order to meet our Driving at Work policy requirements.
