Job Posting for Facilities Project Manager at PureGym

We were are looking for an experienced project manager to join our Central Operations team on an 18 month fixed term contract basis, in a key partnering role across multiple departments and stakeholders, to deliver a new operating and service delivery model in facilities management.

The Role

  • Provide best in class project management services across the FM transformation programme, successfully implementing new service delivery and operating models across our UK team
  • Managing resources and ensuring timely delivery of key milstones in the project
  • Consult with key stakeholders to understand the requirements for a successful project delivery - Develop project plans, define timeframe, and prioritise tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver an extensive vendor tender process, ensuring services transition on time and to budget
  • Create detailed mobilisation and demobilisation plans to ensure successful service mobilisation and with minimised disruption to service
  • Operationalise strategic and data driven optimisation plans. Project manage, troubleshoot and systematically identify, change and develop programme to meet current and future requirements and initiatives.
  • Supervising and co-ordinating activities of the parties involved
  • Develop and prepare a regular suit of reports for use at different forums for senior management with the purpose of providing clear updates across the project.

The Person

  • Excellent project management skills with proven experience in significant business change process and projects.
  • Facilities management knowledge or experience is desirable.
  • Strong experience of vendor tender processes, mobilisation and demombilisation planning and execution
  • Has the ability to manage numerous projects whilst remaining calm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders through the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Is a trouble shooter and has a solution orientated approach, and will get involved in the detail to address challenges.
