Role Description

This is a part-time interim on-site role (two to three days per week) for a Financial Reporting Accountant at Quartix UK in Newtown, Powys. The Financial Reporting Accountant will work with the accounts team in helping to preparing, analyse and verify financial statements, conducting financial reporting, utilizing analytical skills, working on finance consolidation, and ensuring accurate financial data for the organisation. The role is expected to last for 6 months (with a possibility of extension) to assist the team during a period of maternity leave

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of reporting under both UK GAAP and IFRS
• Experience in consolidation of international business entities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
