Client Communications Advisor

£22,600.50 per annum
Monday to Saturday – 37.5 hours, 09:00 to 17:00 (when a Saturday is worked you will get another day off in the week.)

We now have 52 practices offering both optical and audiology services, with over 250 colleagues working together every day to deliver this.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Communications Advisor to join our growing team. Within this role, you will work as a team to ensure that all eye and hearing clinics are booked to full capacity. You will be required to make a mixture of inbound and outbound calls to our customers by phone and communicate with email, letter, and SMS. You will be working closely with not only our team but also our 52 Branches throughout the UK, to ensure that their diaries are filled and booked smartly. So, being able to build good working relationship is very important.
Essential attributes

Experience of working in a customer centric environment.
You need to be able to drive with your own car as we are in a remote location.
Worked in a contact centre / office environment.
Experience of working on the phones.
