Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and reviews to ensure the safety and well being of children and young people
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Providing support and guidance to children, families and carers
• Collaborating with multi agency teams to deliver effective interventions
• Maintaining accurate and up to date case records
• Completing S23/SDS assessments
• Holding a caseload of more complex disability cases
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
• Member of the PVG scheme
• Experience working with children and families
• Child protection training
