We are looking for an Account Support Executive to join our growing team. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Manage vendor relations, quotations, and orders
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and contract amendments
- Create and oversee project plans
- Manage incoming calls and mail distribution
- Monitor goods tracking and incoming deliveries
- Maintain office supplies, including staff refreshments
- Coordinate team travel and accommodation
- Conduct weekly pool car log checks
- Oversee office maintenance scheduling
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

- Full clean UK driving license
- Strong communication, and relationship-building skills (internally/externally)
- People centric approach & service
- GCSE in English & Maths or equivalent (desirable)
- Reception or front desk experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with telephone systems and professional call handling
- Determined, enthusiastic, reliable, and sociable
- Self-motivated, achievement orientated, ability to use own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and written
- Excellent organisation required
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues
