Are you an experienced Valuer or Branch Manager with valuing experience looking for an opportunity that enables you to work from home? Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency is currently looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Barry area.
A great opportunity to have a more flexible role that offers uncapped earnings, that's not to be missed!
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Every other Saturday
Our Clients Are Offering The Successful Valuer
£20,000 - £27,500 Basic
£40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Company Car
Work from home
Career Progression Valuer Requirements
Highly experienced within property sales
Be motivated and driven
Good knowledge of the local area
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
A full and clean UK driving license
Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties
Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
Engage and support customers throughout their journey
Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
