The role of an assistant manager will include, supporting the store manager in the day to day running of the store, administering any training and developing your team, as well as ensuring customer service standards are at an optimal level.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to retail and will have some prior experience in a management position. An affinity to the product is favourable but a desire to deliver exceptional customer service is required.
The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £25,000 with some great benefits also included in the package. These benefits include, staff discount, healthcare benefits and the potential to grow your salary through a bonus scheme.
