A popular luxury retailer are looking for a store manager within the Edinburgh area. This company has stamped its mark within the luxury/premium retail world and is host to several popular and exclusive products.
They are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team and drive sales within the business. You will also be responsible for liaising with senior stake holders and conducting regular reviews with your team.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and display the ability to be a lead a team of 8-10 retail managers whilst overseeing a wider team of 100 sales staff. Experience selling a variety of different product types in a fast-paced retail environment is also very important for this position.
The role is paying up to £39,000 and also offers an annual target related bonus.
