Our client is seeking a Regulatory Change Consultant to join their team in London for a 12 Month contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the regulatory policy team, covering all aspects of regulatory policy for UK and EU investment firms. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of regulatory changes, ensuring that the firm stays ahead of the curve. With a strong emphasis on risk mitigation and controls.
What You'll Do
As a Regulatory Change Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve staying abreast of regulatory changes, interpreting these changes, and preparing relevant policies. You will also collaborate closely with the change team to implement new rules. Your strong PC skills, particularly in MS Excel VBA and MS Access, will be crucial in performing your duties. Additionally, you will manage projects and drive change within the organisation, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Horizon scanning to ensure the firm is ahead of regulatory changes
- Interpreting regulatory policies and working with the production team
- Preparing and maintaining regulatory policies
- Collaborating with the change team on implementing new rules
- Utilising MS Excel VBA and MS Access for various tasks
