As Co-Founder, you will work closely with the Founder (me) to drive the strategic direction, business growth, and overall success of Robinson Talent Partners. This is an opportunity to take a hands-on role in a growing business where your entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and passion for the legal (and/or) recruitment sector will be highly valued.
What are we going to work on together?
Help me to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth, expand our market presence, and enhance our service(S) offering. I'm keen to introduce services that will benefit our partners and have real value in the hiring process.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with law firms or legal teams and expand our client base across the North East and beyond.
He me with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, client management, and team development, ensuring that our processes are efficient and scalable.
I'd like someone to take on marketing responsibilities and initiatives to really increase brand awareness, engage with our community of legal professionals, and position Robinson Talent Partners as a leader in the market.
Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring the business operates sustainably and profitably.

A passion for building and scaling a business, with a hands-on approach to turning ideas into reality. Previous experience in recruitment, legal, or a related industry is desirable, but I'm a big believer in transferable skills and can support with training where needed.
Ability to motivate yourself, inspire, and work collaboratively as part of a founding team.
Strong financial understanding and the ability to make strategic decisions that drive profitability.
