Bar Staff

We are looking for dynamic and hardworking Bar staff to join our team at Runa Farm Barnard Castle. As part of our Front of House team you will deliver 5* customer service at all times for our guests within a wedding venue setting or bar and restaurant. We are looking for Bar staff with high standards of attention to detail, bubbly personalities and a willingness to learn and work in a fast paced environment.

The correct candidate should have the following attributes:

• Previous Bar experience preferable but not required
• Own transport preferred as shift times will vary
• Deliver an extraordinarily high level of customer service and a ‘can-do’ ethic.
• Be keen to learn new skills on the bar and take pride in the cocktails being served.
• Be a hard-working team player.
• Able to retain and relay a good standard of food and beverage knowledge.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as alone working.
• Maintain a good level of cleanliness/tidiness within your section.
