Position Overview:
As the Marcom and PR Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s brand image and ensuring effective communication about our pharmacovigilance cloud software solutions. This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from anywhere in India.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication and Brand Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage our brand identity across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and regulatory teams to align marketing efforts.
Content Creation and Distribution:
- Craft compelling content for press releases, blog posts, social media, and newsletters.
- Highlight the benefits and features of our pharmacovigilance software.
- Disseminate information effectively to target audiences.
Media Relations and Thought Leadership:
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers.
- Handle media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences.
- Position our company as a thought leader through industry publications and speaking engagements.
Event Management and Industry Engagement:
- Organize and participate in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
- Represent our company at relevant forums and contribute to discussions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
- Leverage digital channels (website, social media, email campaigns) to amplify our message.
- Monitor online reputation and promptly address any issues.
- Optimize SEO strategies to enhance visibility.
Metrics and Analytics:
- Measure the impact of marketing and PR campaigns using relevant KPIs.
- Analyze data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Provide regular reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (10 years) in marketing communications, PR, or related roles.
- Background in Pharmacovigilance or healthcare technology is advantageous.
