Position Overview:

As the Marcom and PR Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s brand image and ensuring effective communication about our pharmacovigilance cloud software solutions. This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from anywhere in India.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication and Brand Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage our brand identity across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and regulatory teams to align marketing efforts.

Content Creation and Distribution:

  • Craft compelling content for press releases, blog posts, social media, and newsletters.
  • Highlight the benefits and features of our pharmacovigilance software.
  • Disseminate information effectively to target audiences.

Media Relations and Thought Leadership:

  • Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers.
  • Handle media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences.
  • Position our company as a thought leader through industry publications and speaking engagements.

Event Management and Industry Engagement:

  • Organize and participate in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
  • Represent our company at relevant forums and contribute to discussions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

  • Leverage digital channels (website, social media, email campaigns) to amplify our message.
  • Monitor online reputation and promptly address any issues.
  • Optimize SEO strategies to enhance visibility.

Metrics and Analytics:

  • Measure the impact of marketing and PR campaigns using relevant KPIs.
  • Analyze data to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (10 years) in marketing communications, PR, or related roles.
  • Background in Pharmacovigilance or healthcare technology is advantageous.
