Responsibilities
In your capacity as a Contracts Administrator, you'll serve as a pivotal touchpoint for our customers. You'll handle interactions over phone and email, providing exemplary customer service and facilitating efficient workflow across teams. Your responsibilities will include:
excelling in problem-solving, navigating unexpected changes seamlessly
handling unexpected issues astutely in the company's best interests, even if it means making challenging decisions
engaging with disgruntled customers confidently and honestly
demonstrating initiative and adhering to internal procedures to ensure job completion in a timely manner and meeting set targets

prior experience in an inbound/outbound call environment
familiarity with handling large volumes of data input
robust and confident communication skills, both via phone and email
proficiency in problem-solving and taking responsibility for issue resolution
impeccable attention to detail, taking pride in delivering a quality service
the ability to manage work responsibly in a high-volume and often high-pressure environment with conflicting priorities
the ability to identify and suggest improvements as appropriate
