Site Manager

Are you a Site Manager looking for the opportunity to work with an award winning developer for a private housing site in Dunfermline?

Our client is a privately owned developer known for producing high end homes across the Central Belt. This role will see you take on a brand new site based in Dunfermline and we are looking for a strong site manager to come in board and take this site through to completion.

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will be responsible day to day for the following:

• Working to programme of works set.
• Full management of all trades / labour working on site.
• Regularly reviewing the team progress against programme.
• Enforcing health and safety policies in line with the company policies and procedures.
• Quality inspections to ensure work meets expectation.
• Regular liaison with the Clerk of Works.
• Ensure delivery of homes is of the highest quality.
• Coordination of any snagging requirements.
  
  

To be successful in the role we are looking for the following:

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• High levels of organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good numerical, IT and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast moving Environment.
• Ability to work on initiative with minimum supervision.
• Have a background in joinery (desirable).
• SMSTS qualification.
