## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bar and Restaurant supervisor to oversee our bustling establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of our bar.
## Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability
- Train and mentor bar staff on best practices in bartending, food preparation, and customer interaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
## Skills
- Strong background in bartending with knowledge of mixology techniques
- Previous experience in a hotel or culinary setting is advantageous
- Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to help cook when needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour
