As Ecommerce Lead, you’ll join our Marketing team where you’ll be accountable for the creation, execution and evolution of the Ecommerce strategy across our websites (predominantly Simplyhealth.co.uk and Denplan.co.uk), responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for prospects and customers alike.
As the custodian of our websites, you’ll be the relentless driving force behind site improvements, converting prospects and increase revenue, whilst improving access and usability for existing customers, to deliver increased retention and self-service of our products.
You’ll lead the evolution of the conversion rate optimisation and usability testing capability; delivering the implementation, running, and monitoring of A/B or MVT experiences, ensuring the tests are running correctly and data is being collected and captured as expected.
Leading a team of three, you’ll be confident, supportive manager who sets a clear vision for the future and will seek out opportunities to collaborate across the Marketing, Digital, Product and Customer Service teams to drive acquisition and retention opportunities.

As Ecommerce Lead, you’ll be passionate about delivering excellent customer experience, displayed through producing and maintaining high standards of work with meticulous attention to detail. Equally you’ll be highly organised, data-driven and inquisitive in nature, with a performance led approach. You should have a willingness to undertake new challenges, be flexible, and work across marketing functions with a strong commitment to delivering performance targets, innovation, and digital best practice. The role requires significant experience in building, developing, and managing, a team of skilled Ecommerce professionals.
