A Commercial Director opportunity for a business at an exciting time of growth within the Social Housing industry. The business requires an experienced leader who can help to design and implement the commercial strategy and lead the associated sales and marketing teams through a time of positive change.

The company provide SaaS and Data services to a range of UK customers in the Social Housing market and the preference is for this person to have prior experience in a similar industry.

The role is offered on a flexible hybrid basis (office based 2-4 times per month).

Core responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the Senior leadership team and hold accountability for P&L
• Design and deliver the strategic commercial roadmap alongside the CEO
• Use customer insight and data to make informed commercial decisions when liaising with senior management
• Manage and mentor the sales, marketing and customer success teams (internally and remotely)
• Build successful teams and increase the company’s market share

Required skills:

• Experience leading and building high performing sales and marketing teams
• Experience within Social Housing, PropTech or similar industry
• An understanding of Data/SaaS products and services
• Experience of Strategic management and P&L responsibility

Their offices are commutable from Rugby, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, and Northampton areas.
