Job Description
Duties
A variety of Administration, including organising files and ensuring the database is up to date and accurate.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts and identifying customers' needs and deal with any issues that may arise.
Handle customer queries in an effective manner.
Working closely with colleagues in other areas of the business and aiding them where required.
Processing Sales orders and queries.
Dealing with any incoming and outgoing post.
The right person
Must be computer literate preferably have knowledge of Microsoft
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Previous Administration experience
Excellent time management and organisation skills
