New Job Opportunity for Nurses (RGN/RMN).

We are excited to announce a fantastic new job opportunity as part of our national recruitment campaign. Statim Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate RMN/RGN Nurses for temporary to 3-month fixed contracts, with potential for extension. Positions are available across the UK.

VALID PMVA OR MAPA Training Certificate Required.

  • Are you passionate about working with older people who experience dementia & have a Degree/Diploma in a related field, RGN (Registered General Nurse), or RMN (Mental Health Nurse).

  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and work under pressure.
  • Leadership skills to support and develop junior staff.

Duties include but are not limited to: To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidenced based interventions required including health promotion within the NHS framework. To provide a nursing service to patients while taking account of cultural and spiritual beliefs/needs.

To be responsible for the appropriate risk assessment of service users, providing effective advice, guidance, and decision-making process. Responsible for coordinating the care and assessment under the care coordination approach.

To ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatment including administration of drugs.

Responsible for participating in the setting of quality standards, including auditing, monitoring, and reviewing of clinical practice in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £22.00-£40.00 per hour
