Steps Together Group operate a UK based collection of Private Residential and Outpatient Treatment Services to support adults with Addiction and poor mental health and wellbeing. We are actively seeking dynamic, passionate and committed Support Workers for clients at Rainford Hall.
Working alongside Steps Together's experienced Teams, we are seeking fun, hardworking support staff who can help us provide daily practical support and activities with our clients, and support our excellent programmes of clinical and therapy care.
Rainford Hall, the former family home and main residence for the Pilkington Family, is currently being converted into a new, 20 bed luxury residential addiction and well-being facility. Nestled in the heart of the Rainford Hall Private Woodland Estate, the property includes a fully equipped Gym, Steam Room, Sauna and Spa Pool; and is surrounded by open countryside and woodlands for the ultimate health and well being retreat from Addiction.

The successful candidate must have:
Experience of working in a care, or support service setting - or willing to learn new skills as a support worker
A kind, caring and professional approach in their work
A willingness to support other colleagues and teams where needed

PLEASE NOTE: Rainford Hall is located in Crank, on the outskirts of St Helens and has limited public transport each day. It is essential that the successful candidate either has access to a car, or means of transport to attend for duty each time.
