A new role is now available at our Head Office of Stocks Hall Nursing & Care Group - an administrative assistant! We are looking for the following:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
-To operate the purchase ledger system, ensuring that all purchase invoices are linked to delivery notes prior to being passed for payment.
-To operate the company payroll system and produce a statement of pay for each individual. - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in using office software, specific system training will be given.
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
