Tuxford Manor (part of Strong Life Care) is a multi award winning Care Provider who pride themselves on offering the best possible care to our Residents. The Home specialises in Residential and Dementia Care, currently enjoying a GOOD rating with CQC, and Band 5 (with Dementia Quality Monitoring awards) from the Local Authority.

The successful applicant will be kind, Caring, passionate, dynamic, innovative and committed to improving the service we provide to our Residents and enhancing the profile of the Home.

The Life style worker will be responsible for maintaining Activity care plans, news letters, arranging activities and events, developing community links with schools, churches etc and enhance existing living skills to give people the best possible opportunity of a happy and fulfilled life style.
